Good news is I have sorted out some stressful elements of life and am focusing on enjoying the summer.
So after enjoying some sardines on toast I thought it was about time I did a little blogging... I have missed you blogosphere!
I have been very busy planting up the garden and the allotment....
Goodies nearly ready to plant out...

What lovely neat sardines on toast! I love marmite on toast as a restorative lunch, but sardines are also yum.
